I ordered a planner from ataglance.com earlier this month, but once it arrived, I realized it wasn’t really what I needed. I started the return a few days later and figured it would be straightforward, but it ended up taking longer than I expected. Customer service did get back to me, but their replies weren’t especially helpful. The refund also took a while to show up, which was frustrating. I did get my money back in the end, but the whole process wasn’t as smooth as I’d hoped.

After a couple months of carrying it in my bag, though, the binding started getting loose. I know planners take some daily wear, so I wasn’t expecting it to stay perfect forever, but for the price I feel like it should have held up better. It’s still usable, just annoying enough that I probably wouldn’t buy the same one again.

I’ve been using At-A-Glance calendars for a while now, and the dates and holidays have always been right for me. That’s really the biggest thing I care about in a calendar, so as long as it gets that part correct, I’m happy.

Just a heads up for anyone planning to carry this around every day: the size is great for writing and actually using it comfortably, but it does feel bulky in a bag. It’s not a bad planner at all, and I do like the space it gives me, but I wasn’t expecting it to feel this heavy or awkward to take around. If you’re looking for something super lightweight and easy to carry daily, you might want to think twice

I’m a bit disappointed because the paper quality really seems like it has gone downhill. The pages feel super thin now, almost like they’re not meant to handle much writing, and when I use regular ink pens it bleeds through more than I expected. I also noticed the pages tear easily, especially if I’m flipping through quickly or trying to remove a sheet, which is frustrating because I didn’t think I was being rough with it. For the price, I was expecting something sturdier and closer to what I’ve gotten before, so this just doesn’t feel like a good value anymore.
